i hoped u had nice raya. and i'm very sure mesti ada yg gained weight during this 1st week of raya with all those sinful + super delicious food that u can only get during festive season! hehe and i'm included! but i only indulge on sinful food on 1st & 2nd raya jer. 3rd raya.. i've start my diet & workout plan! sebab 3rd raya falls on 1st of september kan, so its easier to keep track on your achievement.
1st day, i did light workout indoor for about 30mins for 2 sessions. lebih kurang sejam lah. just a light one sebab takut badan terkejut since during puasa mana ada exercise bagai kan... for food pulak, i changed my menu to vegetarian diet.
owh, my old shoes dah in bad condition since dah 5 tahun berjasa.. so i decided to buy a new one. cantik tak.... it's pink & black yo!!

and the best part is, this shoes comes with nike + ipod sensor. this feature memang sangat bagus to keep track of your workout progress. u can set your goal, either basic (open-ended workout).. time goal, distance goal or calorie burning goal. i've set mine under calorie burning goal sbb nak lose weight kan.. so sebelum nak makan apa2 tu, kena check dulu lah berapa banyak calories dalam food u take for breakfast/lunch... lepas tu baru senang nak set your goal. contoh - 500 calories = 8km jog/walk. yes... so berhati2 lah dgn calorie intake anda! your ipod will store your record which u can also post it online at nike+. and this is how it looks like.. it's just a small device and u have to place it on your left sole.

okay, kalau pasal food intake.. kadang2 kalau kite workout gila-gila tapi tak jaga makan pun tak boleh jugak. sebab itu dah jadi mcm kerja sia-sia. sbb u only burn what u eat today. kalau nak follow my style, for breakfast, i just take 1 piece of wholemeal bread (sbb keje desk bound job doesnt require much energy.. sekeping dah cukup) with black coffee or tea, without sugar or satu sudu kecik boleh laa.. for lunch, salad. i love italian rocket salad sbb it comes with balsamic dressing. kalau boleh, try avoid caesar salad or any dressing yg creamy. take french dressing pun ok, or kalau kat rumah can just pour olive oil and salt/pepper.

i skipped dinner now. kalau lapar sgt.. just makan sekeping wholemeal cracker with 500ml air mineral. so far, my tummy has been good to me. still boleh tolerate bila tak dinner. but if u really have to makan sbb nak makan ubat or nak avoid gastric... try to have your dinner before 7pm or at least 3 hours before u sleep. my dinner before 7pm on weekend - tom yam sayur with fishball. kalau boleh tom yam tu jangan tumis yer. rebus je sudah. and kurangkan garam, biar tawar sikit. sbb garam boleh menyebabkan water retention. =)

so, okay.. itu saje for this entry.. wish me luck ya? i've got 9kg to shed before 2012. ni baru masuk hari ke-6, baru hilang 1.2kg. Alhamdullilah. slowly.. but surely. yakin bolehhh!!!
